　　2、参与金融机构各类贷款业务的谈判、起草、审查信托存贷款、信用卡、信用证及担保合同，出具法律意见书。

　　3、为商业银行的结算、保函、代理业务及理财顾问业务、基金托管、网上银行、同业拆借、保险箱业务提供法律服务。

　　4、为国际商业贷款、项目融资及利用外国政府贷款、政府间国际组织贷款等间接利用外资项目提供法律服务，出具法律意见书。

　　5、为银行、证券、期货、保险等金融机构提供常规顾问服务 。

　　6、代理金融、证券、期货、保险纠纷的调解、仲裁和诉讼。

　　7、为金融机构的不良资产处置提供法律服务，包括但不限于进行资产尽职调查、出具法律意见书、代理诉讼和申请执行、代理债务重组、推介处置资产项目。
